The Not Just Perfume wholesale team wants to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchases.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping/handling, return shipping/handling (if using an NJP-issued return shipping label), and a 15% restocking fee which almost always waive for first-time non-business customers buying an under $100 order or an order with a single item.
All returned merchandise must be unopened and in its original packaging. Used merchandise can not be returned for credit or refund. Returns of opened merchandise will not be accepted nor will payment be refunded or store credit offered. Refunds or credit will only be issued after the returned merchandise is received and inspected.
Return Authorization Numbers are required on all returns. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please contact us and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you.

If the merchandise was damaged in transit, please let us know right away and take photographs.
