Shipping/Returns

UPS Shipping Information

Please see map that follows to get an estimate of shipping times if your order is shipped with UPS. UPS expects but does not guarantee these service times. Orders of $200 or more are shipped via UPS, while smaller orders are usually shipped with DHL-eCommerce, a slower service where USPS makes the final delivery.

Shipping charges are $10.99 plus $0.75 per unit. However, even though we are primarily a wholesale web site, first-time (new) customers can get FREE SHIPPING on their first order, by entering the promotion code: SHIPFREE29  

 

Returns Information

The Not Just Perfume wholesale team wants to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. 

If you are a first-time customer buying fragrances for personal use and buying no more than $300 worth of fragrances, if you are not happy with your fragrance purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note the fragrance should not have been sprayed more than a several times in order for you to get a full refund. Please contact us for a complimentary return label, and we will issue a refund within a few business days after receiving the fragrance return at our warehouse.

For all business customers and for returning customers, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping/handling, return shipping/handling (if using an NJP-issued return shipping label), and a 15% restocking fee. 

For all business customers and for returning customers, all returned merchandise must be unopened and in its original packaging. Used merchandise can not be returned for credit or refund. Returns of opened merchandise will not be accepted nor will payment be refunded or store credit offered. Refunds or credit will only be issued after the returned merchandise is received and inspected.

Return Authorization Numbers are required on all returns. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please contact us and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you. 

Please Note: due to U.S. health regulations, we regret that we cannot accept any returns, for any reason, of the following items: Makeup, Cosmetics, Skin Care, and Hair Care products.

If the merchandise was damaged in transit, please let us know right away and take photographs.

Please note that we only ship to the 48 continental states.
